A total moves from a message to a spreadsheet, then into accounting software. A correction starts the trip again.
Washington, DC · English / Español
Andrucc helps small businesses find one stubborn process, decide what should change, and build a small, reversible fix—in English or Spanish.
The work behind the work
The problem is rarely “technology.” It is the ordinary work that moves between inboxes, spreadsheets, paper notes, and someone’s memory.
A total moves from a message to a spreadsheet, then into accounting software. A correction starts the trip again.
Contact details are copied by hand, the first reply depends on who notices, and follow-up lives in memory.
Someone collects updates, reconciles versions, and formats the same summary whenever it is due.
Open items sit across texts, notes, and verbal updates. The next person begins by reconstructing what happened.
A part-timer inherited the copying. A new app added another place to check. A template worked until the process changed. The task moved, but the handoffs stayed unclear.
A quick fit check
Then you probably do not need us yet. That is a real answer, and you just saved a call.
Bring this to the conversationStart with evidence
The Process Diagnostic traces the work as it actually happens. We document the inputs, decisions, tools, exceptions, and handoffs—then show you what is creating friction.
The first recommendation may be to simplify the process, automate one bounded step, or leave it alone. You do not need to buy an automation to get a useful answer.
The five-day diagnostic
This public walkthrough is our proof mechanism. No hidden “discovery phase,” no pretend certainty: you can see the work and the artifact before you book.
We define one start point, one end point, the people involved, and what “done” means. You share the files, screenshots, or forms that already drive the work.
Artifact: a signed-off process boundary and evidence checklist.Andres walks through the process with the person who performs it, including exceptions, rework, approvals, and the unofficial steps that are not in a procedure.
Artifact: an evidence-backed current-state map.We mark repeated entry, waiting points, unclear ownership, fragile handoffs, and places where an error could pass unnoticed.
Artifact: an annotated friction register. We compare a simpler procedure with a bounded automation using tools you already have. Each option states its limits, controls, dependencies, and rollback path.
Artifact: a short options memo with a recommended verdict. You receive the map, findings, evidence, and next-step recommendation in a review conversation. The package stands on its own even if we do no further work together.
Artifact: one-screen visual, process map, findings, and verdict.Built, not theorized
None of these were exercises. Each one replaced something that was breaking: paper, a whiteboard, or a step that only lived in someone’s memory.
Replaced a paper checklist with a three-minute form and a confirmation inside the existing shift-overlap window. No budget, tools the team already had, fully reversible, and the system of record left untouched. Approved by the operation’s supervisor.
Eleven sections and a twenty-eight-step checklist, written from how the work is really done rather than from the procedure document.
Eight categories, six views, and explicit rules for who may edit what — plus one hard rule: nothing is ever deleted, only archived.
One screen to dispatch, monitor and audit the automated processes that run Andrucc itself, with a human approval step before anything is sent or spent.
Client and employer names are deliberately omitted. A full sample decision package is available to look at during the call.
Internal result—not a client result
Andrucc’s live business line answers in English, switches to Spanish on request, and captures five structured details from a call. It is an internal Andrucc system, not evidence of a client outcome.
Say “Español” to switch languages. The line is answered by Andrucc’s voice agent.
A verifiable business, not just a landing page
These are identity and communications controls—not testimonials. They let you verify who you are dealing with before any engagement begins.

The person accountable
I map how the work actually moves through a small business — the handoffs, the re-typing, the steps nobody owns — and then I fix the smallest piece that will hold.
I have spent close to ten years inside small operations, starting with my family’s businesses, where I learned that most problems are not technology problems. Since then I have worked from inside other people’s operations — always close enough to the floor to see the gaps that never reach the people making the decisions. That is why I started Andrucc: the businesses I know best keep getting told to buy more software, when usually the fix is smaller, and usually nobody has looked.
I have built automations for a facilities work-management office, and I was improving processes long before AI was an option. At a large tech company’s offices in Washington, DC, I redesigned the Sunday service flow using nothing more than tracking lists and clear ownership — and it held through a full transition between two service companies, for more than three hundred people a day. In Colombia, in 2019, I rebuilt the workflows of a major retailer’s insurance arm with Excel and Microsoft 365 alone: Teams for coordination, large data volumes the team had been handling by hand, and a system to reach customers with personalized messages by WhatsApp and by phone. Today I do the same work with better tools — and with the judgment to say when AI is the right ally, when a plain automation is enough, and when the honest answer is a simpler procedure. What is included
Each engagement stays narrow. A later rung exists only when the earlier work supports it.
Reasonable questions
The first engagement is one process over five business days, with named artifacts for each day and a final decision package. You can inspect the method above before booking, and the diagnostic remains useful without a later purchase.
The diagnostic takes five business days. A small automation, only when recommended, takes two to three weeks. Monitoring begins only after the automation is accepted.
You review the process boundary first, see the evidence as the map develops, and receive a reversible recommendation rather than an irreversible overhaul. The formal protection is the Five-Day Clarity Guarantee below.
Fit before scope
A clear “not for you” protects both sides. Andrucc is designed for small operations with one concrete process to examine.
Investment
Scope and fee are set together after the discovery conversation. The diagnostic is deliberately the smallest possible first step: a limited, reversible decision before a larger build.
One process · five business days · map, evidence, one-screen visual, and verdict.
One process · two to three weeks · only when the diagnostic recommends it.
Periodic checks, short report, and minor adjustments · only after an accepted automation.
The process keeps recurring whether or not anyone has measured it; the diagnostic creates the evidence needed to agree on an appropriate scope and fee without assuming an outcome.
One process. Five business days. A decision package you can inspect — or you do not pay for it.
If the complete decision package is not in your hands by the end of the fifth business day, you pay nothing. If it arrives on time and you tell us in writing within seven calendar days that it was not worth it, we refund the full fee and you keep the package. To invoke it you need to have joined the kickoff call, made the person who performs the process available for one walkthrough of up to ninety minutes, and sent the agreed files within two business days of our request.
FAQ
No. Start with the process, not a tool. The diagnostic may recommend a simpler procedure, a small automation using tools you already have, or no change.
No. Andrucc offers a build only after the diagnostic recommends one. That keeps the scope tied to evidence and gives every proposed build clear limits.
Access to the person who performs the process, the forms or files that drive it, and an honest walkthrough including exceptions and rework. Sensitive access is scoped during the engagement.
Yes. Discovery, working conversations, and deliverables can be handled in English or Spanish.
You still receive the map, findings, and reasoning. “Leave it alone” is a valid verdict when a build would add more complexity than it removes.
No. The offer is deliberately limited to one process and favors tools you already use. Andrucc does not sell company-wide transformations.
It is available only after Andrucc builds a small automation. It includes periodic verification, a short report, and minor adjustments within the agreed scope.
